 | If an item is 'Out of Stock' we strongly recommend that we 'backorder' it for you as with many parts they are allocated before the shipment even arrives.
If you order 5 items and only 3 items are in stock our system will accept your order and we will contact you with an expected delivery time for the balance of your order.
1. If an item is 'To Special Order' we will ask you to pay the full amount in advance as this item will be produced specifically for your order. 2. If a non standard item is ordered, like a barrel with fluting or threading we will ask for a 100% payment with your order.
For all barrels that are not covered by 1. and 2. above we will ask you to pay a 50% deposit. N.B. We will contact you and let you know if your required item falls into one of these special categories.
For a standard 'Out of Stock' item we will enter your order on our system and send you a ProForma invoice when the goods are back in stock.
